UCMAS stands for Universal Concept Mental
Arithmetic System for the whole brain
development of a child specially the right brain
by using an instrument called
ABACUS.. |

UCMAS course is specially
designed for the children of age group 4-12
years. |
° |
There are total 8 levels from
Basic to Graduate level, each level comprising
of 3 months. |
° |
The classes are conducted only once in a
week for 2 hours either on Saturday or Sunday so
as to have no interference with the academic
education of a child. |

Financial Commitment & Guidelines : |
| |
|
1. |
You will
be paying Rs. 35,000/- as a Franchise Fee (Non
Refundable) along with Course Instructor Fees
Rs. 10,000/- and additional Rs. 3,000/- as a
Course Instructor Kit for an initial agreement
of 3 years which will be renewed after the
successful completion. This means, you will have
to pay an initial amount of Rs. 48,000/- (Rupees
Forty Eight Thousand Only). Service Tax will be
extra |
2. |
As a
Franchise, you must have atleast one Course
Instructor selected by you, to be sent for the
training. The training cost of Course Instructor
is normally borne by Course Instructor or you
may recover the said amount from their earnings
in future. |
3. |
A Course
Instructor will also sign an agreement with us
and will work under your guidance and
control. |

Fulfilling
above, you can start a centre after proper
scrutiny of the place and class according to our
specifications of UCMAS. |

You will
be allotted the Franchise for a particular area
/ venue where the classes are conducted. Once
the venue / area of training are added to, you
are requested to sign another Franchise
Agreement on the same above terms and
conditions. |

You will
be working under our guidance & control and
follow the norms laid down by our National
Partner of Chennai and International Partner of
Malaysia from time to
time. |

Now the distribution of the term fees collected is as under :

HOW TO GO ABOUT IT ? |
|
|
| 1. |
Marketing guidance in all respect will be
provided to start the UCMAS activity in your
area. |
| 2. |
We will
help you to establish the UCMAS programme in
your area with planned activities and guiding
you for the Presentation and demonstration to be
held in front of School authorities and Parents. |
| 3. |
We will
give you the details as to how the Information
booklets to be printed or may be purchased from
us for creating the awareness to the parents of
the above age group in your area of
operation. |
| 4. |
You may
purchase a CD (by paying Rs. 500/-) covering
UCMAS demonstration may be shown to the
prospective parents, school authorities,
teachers etc. |
| 5. |
If
required, we shall be holding a Live
Demonstration of UCMAS children in front of the
parents of your area, if intimated to us minimum
10 days in advance. For this, we may be provided
with an auditorium and mike facilities. The live
demonstration can only be arranged if the no. of
prospective parents, teachers, school
authorities are large in numbers. For a smaller
number of audience, a CD Presentation can be
arranged. |
